w5 message on nest thermostat, restarted but message persists

Nest WILL NOT CONNECT TO WIFI. ive restarted it may times. w5 message will not go away, it cannot find network. help?

yes, I am 😞

It can never find the wifi, even when I restart the device. any tips?
