i work for an a/c and heating company and need to get warranty information about returning a black nest thermostat - Goodman is our dealer we get this from, but they stated they perhaps don't deal with warranty anymore

We are volunteer users here in this community. You'll need to contact Nest directly to speak to somebody about the warranty info.
