I've got a few dead zones in my home with 3 Google Wifi points:
- 1 Google Wifi router connected to home hub 3000, other 2 Google wifi points throughout the house but lack connection on the far end.
- I do not want to purchase another Google Wifi point.
- I would like to know if when my new home hub 4000 arrives if I could connect my Google wifi to it wirelessly, that way I can use the 3 pods in better locations throughout the house?

OK thank you for clarifying. I recently had a Google Wifi technician diagnose my 3 mesh system and noticed it was on old firmware. We did a factory reset and it then updated software during initialization but it involved adding all 3 points all over again.
Moving forward, will firmware updates require factory resets?
