Good evening
A Google WiFi module no longer works. If I connect it to the electrical outlet it remains a fixed blue light, if I try to do a reset with the back button releasing how much the LED turns flashing blue, it always remains with the fast blue flashing. Thank you

You didn't state why you needed to reset the device so I am going to assume it is to add it back to the Home app. If it is just to reset it so you can give it away or sale it, once the reset is complete then you should be good to go.
The fast blue flashing means it is in setup mode so you should be able to add it to the Google Home app or otherwise. If you cannot, make sure the old network has been removed from the app before adding it back.
There are also several methods to reset the device if you still cannot add it back to the Home app. The easiest is from the Home app itself but, depending on the firmware version, there are ways to do it using the reset button.

If the firmware on your Google Wifi point is earlier than 13729.57.27:
When it gets to point 3 the router keeps flashing and never becomes a fixed blue light even after hours and does not even connect to the Google home app.
If I turn the router off and on again, the blue light remains fixed.
Is not detected by the app

iPhone 13. I also tried with iPad. The other routers no problem, slow flicker blue light connect. This blue is fixed or if I try fast intermittent blue reset

There are known setup issues when using an iPhone or iPad caused by settings on the iOS device. The lights on the device indicate that the reset did occur.

The problem is not the connection to the app but it is first because the router does not reset in the reset and always remains with fast flashing blue light. If I detach and turn it back on instead, the blue light remains fixed. In both cases, iene is not detected by the app. I've also tried with Android and it's the same. So the problem is with the router that does not reset does or update.

Unfortunately the problem persists, I also contact Google assistance but no improvement, it could be a problem of the router itself

I found one more possible solution that has been shown to even bring a bricked device back online and reset it. If this doesn't work, then you likely do have a device that has gave up the goose.
Note: You might have to attempt this twice if you didn't follow the steps correctly. If you think you made a mistake somewhere, unplug the Wifi point completely before trying again.
Step 1. Make sure your Google Wifi is completely unplugged and powered off. Also make sure no Ethernet cables are connected either.
Step 2. Press and hold the button on the back of the Google Wifi point.
Step 3. While holding down the button on the back, turn on the Wifi point by plugging it into a power outlet.
Step 4. The lights will turn white and then start to flash blue. Let go of the button immediately when the light starts flashing blue.
Step 5. At this point, the lights will turn off. Simply don't do anything at all and wait up to half an hour. The Google Wifi point is working in the background to fix the broken software. Trust me on this one, it's actually working and not dead.
Step 6. After around 20 to 30 minutes, the Wifi point's light will turn on solid blue and then start pulsing blue. The latter means that it is now ready for setup. But more importantly, your Wifi point is back to life now.
If, for some reason, it all fails again, then you might want to consider sending the point back to Google for a proper fix or a replacement.

Grazie ma questa procedura è già stata provata non non funziona. Infatti al rilascio del tasto il Led blu continua a lampeggiare velocemente e non si ferma più.

At this point I think it is safe to say that the unit has gone out completely with no way to restore its functionality, even the reset.
You can get a new one on the Google Store or Amazon with a discount currently and I'm sure there are online boards that people may have some for sale even cheaper. The other option would be to upgrade to a Nest Wifi point for that one or the entire system.
I recently upgraded my Google Wifi mesh to the Nest Wifi Pro and things went without issue, although some have experienced problems with connects to fiber networks (i.e. PPPoE) but not all had issues. A update was also deployed in the last days or so to address that problem and has resolved some.
Sorry we couldn't resolve the issue.
