Hi there, the QR code and setup codes on the bottom of one of my Google wifi pucks is smudged off. I saw the forum posts saying to go to 192.168.84.1/api/v1/status and found the ssid but there is no psk shown, so now I'm not sure what to do!

Is it factory reset? The LED light should be pulsing blue when it's ready to be set up.
According to the documentation PSK should be there:
But only if it hasn't been setup already I think.

hi there - thanks for the reply!
Yes, it is factory reset and pulsing blue, waiting for setup. I had to factory reset the entire network because several of the points were having issues and I tried everything else before factory resetting, but I did not think to check if the QR/setup codes were still legible...
The psk code is not there - I followed the instructions in the link you shared. Tried to insert a screencap of what I see but doesn't seem to work - hopefully you can see the photo at this link: https://photos.app.goo.gl/Cw7AGn7MFN2tUi2s9
Also pasted the text from that page - As you can see, there is nothing under 'setupNetwork' where the psk 'should' be:

Thank you both!
I filled out the form but please note that I have also since communicated with Google through Facebook Messenger. They suggested factory resetting multiple times, and running the PSK report after each reset, to see if the PSK code would show up - but it never did even after 6 resets. So there may already be a case started for me with this issue...
