Used the factory reset and my point will not power on

My google point was offline.  I could not get it back online.  I tried resetting to the factory settings but it now will not power up.

Sorry to hear about the issues with your WiFi point. That's confusing and I'm sure quite a bit frustrating. Let's see what we can do to fix this issue for you.
 
I do have some questions for you that will help us figure things out.
  • When you plug the device in, are you getting no indication of power, such as any status lights?
  • Have you tried swapping the power cable for the device that isn't powering for a cable table from another point or the main router?
  • When the device was showing as offline, was it still powered on at that point?
If you could let me know a little bit more, I am sure we can figure this out. I look forward to hearing more from you.

I am having the same issue. I have no indication of power. I have switch power cables and still does not power on.
