WiFi

I have two extender devices.  one shows the blue (working light) the other is orange which I understand means it isn’t connected/working properly.  I’ve tried to address in Google Home and cannot.  These devices were originally set up in the previous app.  I’ve unplugged and plugged back in multiple times.  I cannot get the WiFi extenders to show up in the Home App as a device I have.  I tried to follow the instructions of selecting the +in the upper left, adding a service and the options they reference do not appear as options.  Any suggestions?  Should I completely delete Google Home and start over and try to connect both Wifi extenders that way?

If you can see and manage the network from Google Home, all you need to do is to factory reset the non working mesh point/ "extender", then add it to the Google Home metwork. Heres a guide, look for "physical button":

And since iOS is mentioned. Make sure you have no VPN enabled/ connected; not any 3rd party product, nor the "Apple iCloud Private Relay".

Make sure the Google Home app has permissions to "local network access".
