Hi I have Google WiFi Mesh network with three pucks, all bought at the same time from Google about a year ago. I recently bought a single, 4th puck to add to the network to provide better coverage for spot with low reception. When I try to add the puck via Google Home, I start setting up the device:
- Google home finds the device (setup70760), then asked me to scan the QR code, which I do.
- I get a "Google home wants to join wi-fi network setup70760" message, which I approve.
- Then, a "connection failed" message or a "wi-fi network 70760 does not have connectivity" message
Is there an easy fix for this? I have restarted the network and tried plugging the new puck into the router. Super frustrating that this is not plug and play. The tagline on the box says "WiFi that just works" (not!)
Thanks,
Scott

Are all pucks bought from the same region/ country?

Glad you got it working. 🙂
Yeah, they can be quirky some times, too bad the suggestions in my post aren't mentioned in the Nest Wifi setup guide.
