My Connect device has not been connecting to my lock since March 2. I have tried all of the troubleshooting options from Nest. Initially light pulsed blue, then went to yellow, never green. It now will pulse blue, but then goes off.
Hoping to get resolved soon, as other family members cannot use their passcodes.
