We are an elderly couple paying for cameras that are not working. The company says there is nothing they can do about it because our upload and download speed are not enough; however when they sold them to us, the cameras worked. Our internet service told us that this is as much bandwidth that they offer. The alarm system offers no other solutions. The company continues to charge us every month for cameras that are not working. What can we do?

Do you happen to know what your upload or download speeds are? And what type of internet service you have (broadband, fiber, satellite, etc.)? What kind of router do you have (model number and brand)?
To do a speed test, just go to Google.com and do a search for "Speed test". You'll see a button right at the top that says "Run speed test." That will give you an idea of your upload and download speeds.
