You have definitely done quite a bit of troubleshooting, so thank you for that! I am sorry to hear that you are still having this issue with all that hard work put into troubleshooting. I have seen that most of the time, the only solution would be to great the guest network and connect it to that. Are you using the Google Wifi app? Or the Google Home app? I am not sure it is an option in the Google Wifi app, but try the Home app. You can also check out this great article here.

Hi Brad,

I still require assistance with this matter.

I have followed all of the recommend steps in the trouble shooting process on the Nest website. This includes: factory resetting the Nest Yale lock; reconnecting the Connect device to the Nest App; rebooting my phone ; moving the Connect device closer to the lock; and attempting to reinstall the lock. I have attempted this several times to no avail.

The site also recommends establishing a Guest network only using 2.5 GHz. Unfortunately, this cannot be accomplished using the Nest WiFi routers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
