Issues with Lock and Unlock in Nest App

My lock and unlock abilities in the Nest App are extremely sporadic. I can use them one minute and then the next it doesn’t work and I get a “Something went wrong. The app had trouble connecting to the Nest Service. Try Again.” I have factory reset my lock and my nest connect and re-added them to my  account and still encounter this problem. I’ve also moved the nest connect to multiple locations. Any suggestions has to how to fix this problem?

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue with your Yale lock! If you haven't already, you can learn here how to Factory Reset your Yale lock which may help to reset issues it may be having.

If that is the case, I would suggest that you reach out to Support for further assistance then. Only because if it comes down to a replacement if that is an option, I wouldn't be able to assist you with that. You're best to contact Support and get some help from them.
