Yale digital lock is working fine through the nest app and manually at the door screen! The only thing missing is the setting icon on the door Yale digital screen! For some reason it is missing and I can’t reset my pin code! Please advise

Thanks for visiting the Community. I’m sorry to hear that and for the delayed response. You have two options to change your pass code by performing a factory reset on your Nest x Yale lock or thru the Nest app.

it's not resolved! The issue is that on the key lock the setting # is not showing and the problem still persisted!

hey JT, it's great that you are checking but i have no instructions to fix the problem! the setting icon is missing from the YALE key. I followed and reinstalled it and checked the wires but the problem persisted. what else?

Got it, thanks for your efforts here. Let’s have a better look — could you please factory reset your lock then let me know if that helps? Otherwise, we’ll be needing the help of Yale support to replace your Nest x Yale Lock as it may be defective.
