We recently installed nest x yale. We are getting the siren that lock is tampered. I am experiencing this multiple times in last 15 days. In the middle of the night lock is making sound that it’s tampered. We have to take the battery to stop the sound. I am completely dissatisfied with x take product. We had to remove now and buy a different brand.

I took it apart and made sure the wired connector was firmly in place. It has been 4 days since the alarm went off. I may have fixed it.

Yes. I have disabled my lock as it’s creating noise in the middle of the night. I think I might have to replace with other company lock. I spent so much for this nest x Yale and getting troubled. Not sure what kind of assistance I can get for this
