Trying to set up my new Yale door lock and the Nest app keeps asking for a 6 digit code near the QR, mine has two 5 digit codes next to one QR and 10 and 11 digit next to the other QR. How can I set up this lock?

Ah, YRD510 is a different lock made solely by Yale and isn't the Nest x Yale Lock made in collaboration.
You'll need to set it up using the Google Home app, not the Nest app, but before you can do that you need to have a Matter-enabled hub for Google Home.

If you scan the QR code in the battery compartment, you shouldn't need the 6 digit code that's printed next to it. It looks like this:

Both of the QR codes in mine say not recognized when scanned, It doesn't have one at the top like yours but instead one on each side of the battery compartment.

Hi @PeterBrownCan,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. I understand that you’re having trouble setting up your new Yale door lock because the Nest app is requesting a 6-digit code that you can't find on your device, and instead, you're only seeing various 5, 10, and 11-digit codes. I also understand that the QR codes on your device are not being recognized and are not located in the expected place. I appreciate you providing those specific details about what you're seeing on the lock. No worries, I’m happy to assist you. To get started, here are some questions for you:
@David_K, thanks for jumping in.

Thanks for replying. I tried adding pics but it won't let me.
I have the YRD510 model which will add to Google Home but doesn't work without a hub and the hub I have doesn't link to Home, just to Nest.

OK thanks for the information. I think it will be easier to return this one and get a Nest compatible unit instead.
