So I had to move my nest from a different home to my new home. The nest guard is updated, on the same wifi as my phone, it has been rebooted twice now (as well as the nest and Google home apps) and connects fine in the nest app. However when I try to add my other nest products the nest guard will not connect to my phone. I can disarm and arm the guard fine in the nest app but that’s it. I can’t add any of my cameras or detects because the guard will not connect to my nest app during installation.
I have no clue what to do to solve this issue.
@Needhelpnow do you feel like its possible that they maybe tech issues, hardware issues or somthing else. If everything was working fine before, why not now? if we work hard enough, I bet we can solve the problem. are you still having problems with the network or hardware?
@Brad yeah brad no not yet. I personally haven't gotten any networking instruments such as the thermostat or the nest. however in the future when I able to organize and afford all that is needed to facilitate a sterial google enviournment i'm sure gonna begin development. thank you for your information and support my friend.
not really but most of the times yes. actually i'm still attempting to get the people experiencing the problems to communicate. thy dont really say much, ever. every now and then I'l get a kudos. other than that I believe there mostly tests of some sort. who knowa?
