Nest Yale X and Connect issues

I got 2  Yale X locks w/ Nest Connect.

Day 1 - I install 1 Connect and Lock - Everything working fine, all appears in APP -  No issues.

Day 2 - Prior to  installing 2nd lock - the 1st Connect went offline.  I process to install 2nd Yale X and Connect anyway, the lock is working fine alone by itself. However, I can't add/install the 2nd Connect.  The Nest App  keep saying Error NA030.   So, both Connect are not working, therefore, the locks are not online.    Both Connect shows blue and light lights, but 1 st Connect is offline, 2nd Connect can't be added.  I tried restart the Connect, it does not help at all.  Gave up and went to sleep.

Day 3 - I removed the 1st connect from App and factory reset it. Still, I can't install/add to the App.  However, now I can add/install thne 2nd Connect, but the 1st Yale lock is still offline, I factory reset it, and was able to add it to the App.  But I am not able to add the 2nd lock to it, I did position it so the Connect and reach both locks.  I got an error message when trying to add the 2nd lock.  

So, the issues now are 1 Connect and 1 Yale X Lock can't be add to App.

Yes, I still need help.  I contacted Google Support, and trouble shot with them for over 1 hour, and issue still not resolved.  I narrowed it down to 1 Nest Connect is the root cause.  Once I removed that Connect I am able to pair the other Connect and the 2 Yale lock.  

After 1 hr of working Google Support, they were not able to help me pair the BAD Nest Connect neither, and transfer me to the dedicated team.   I am still waiting to hear back.
