Google creates a nest forum for support. I’m having an issue with the nest smoke alarms and low battery message. Like many others I change the batteries with new ones, the same make model and type as unit is supplied with but still get low battery message and chirping alarms.
what is annoying is although nest support send you here the either don’t monitor it, only monitor it to ask “ARE YOU STILL HAVING A PROBLEM” These items are bloody expensive to buy. Google / nest this simply isn’t good enough. We buy your products to make us safe then have to remove them while trying to resolve the issue, which puts our families at risk!!!!!
