Nest Wired Doorbell

I hooked up my Nest Doorbell wired . The blue light is on and I hooked up the chimer. The doorbell does not ring and I am unable to hook up the wi fi .I have a total of 7 best cameras already hooked up

By "blue light is on" do you mean the light ring around the button on the Google Nest Hello Button is blue or the status light on the 2nd Gen Google Nest Doorbell is blue, indicating the doorbell is ready to connect?
When you say you "hooked up the chimer" do you mean you installed the "chime connector" that comes with the Google Nest Hello Doorbell or the "chime puck" that comes with the 2nd Gen Google Nest Doorbell? If you touch your doorbell wires together, does your doorbell chime ring? Is the "Indoor chime" option turned on for the doorbell? Does your transformer meet Google Nest's requirements (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9247132?hl=en)?

When you say you are unable to hook up the Wi-Fi, what exactly happens? It's possible that you may have a weak Wi-Fi signal at your doorbell's location. Is it possible to temporarily move your router/modem or Wi-Fi access point close to the doorbell during the install to see if that resolves the problem?
