I have had this lock installed for a few years with zero issues. It suddenly went offline a few days ago. I can't seem to get it back online. The Nest Connect device has a good wifi connection and tests good. The lock itself works. I removed batteries and replaced them and it's still offline.
I followed all troubleshooting tips, except factory reset. If I do that, will I lose all my users and pass codes? I've read these forums and it seems that several have reported that factory reset doesn't always work. My Nest Connect is only about 10ft away from the lock with zero obstructions.
Nothing changed in my configuration, it just stopped working.

Thanks for the reply. The lock magically started working again. It's been online without interruption for a few days now. Not sure why it went offline, but it's working now. Thanks.
