My nest Yale lock keeps auto locking even though we have auto locking turned off and I am at home. No matter what I do it keeps locking. I unlock it. It says I'm home and it says auto lock is off yet it's still locks. What gives?
This started happening to me yesterday as well, on only one of my locks. The one door behaves as normally, the other lock is locking itself and the option is no longer present in it's settings page.
