The lock is online, I can see the status is connected, usually as recently as within the last minute. If I unlock or lock the door manually, I get an alert immediately.
For some bizarre reason, the nest app will not unlock or lock the door, 99% of the time. It rarely works. Attached image is the error I get in the app.
I have reset the lock and re-set it up again and the problem persists. The connect module is 1 metre away from the lock and the light is green.
All other nest products in my home work fine.
What is the issue and how do I fix this?
