After a recent app update and outage, I began to reset and try to add my guard back to the app. It lets me scan the QR code and then says “getting nest guard ready”. Then does nothing . I’ve reset it, restored to factory defaults (which while pressing the #2 button, it says “can’t update” after reading the revision 220.127.116.11.6 and right before restoring defaults. Seems to be stuck in a setup loop. I’ve also reinstalled the app, rebooted my wi-fi, and reset/restored it multiple times.

I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed. Do you still need help with this issue?
