Nest still auto-locking while I’m home

My nest Yale lock keeps auto locking even though we have auto locking turned off and I am at home. No matter what I do it keeps auto-locking. I unlock it. It says I'm home and it says auto lock is off yet it's still locks.

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Let me take a look at this for you. 

Please enable the auto-lock feature, then disable it again through the Nest app, followed by restarting your Nest × Yale Lock.

I was able to remove the YALE  LOCK and then te-add it. Now it’s working.
