I have tried for two weeks to get my Nest Yale lock to work with the Goggle Home app. It stayed online momentarily and the next day it’s offline again. I have plugged the Connect where there is no obstruction and it’s close to the door. I have done all of the trouble shooting including resetting back to factory settings. None of these options have helped. I am losing confidence in this product. Please help.
