I can’t unlock my front door .I don’t work from an app . I don’t have any information on my Yale lock . My passcode is not working . I called locksmith . One of them called me back . He doesn’t know how to unlock the door . I cannot find any locksmith to unlock my door .
I called the Yale support ( Yale has life time warranty , but they telling me that only 1 year) . Ok , I do have warranty . Yale told me to called locksmith for them to cut the lock and then they will send me another lock . How long I will wait ??? And how much it will cost me to pay locksmith ????? Nobody knows .
I think that Yale should send me the another lock and then I can sent Yale back the damaged lock .
I have no idea what to do ?
is anybody knows locksmith number to unlock the door ?
