My future father-in-law has an issue with casting from his laptop. This now appears on his TV Screen. Any ideas how he can get rid of it. PS   I'm not sure which Gen of Chromecast he is using. Image on screen whilst using Chrome CastImage on screen whilst using Chrome Cast

What program is he casting from? I have never seen that before, I suspect it's the source that is sending that data.  Does it appear every time he casts from his laptop? What if he only casts a tab?

Thank you for your help, it looks like I need to ask him a few more questions. But it does appear every time he casts from his laptop. Will get back to you with more info. Cheers

All resolved it was a YouTube issue and the "image" has now gone. Many thanks 😊
