Power off problem

Hi. Nest protect app keeps saying power off in one room. Wireless network and all seem to work when tested. I've changed batteries and reinstalled app. Same problem again. Can anyone help.

Hello Zman,

Thanks for reaching out. I know how confusing it is when one of your Nest Protects keeps saying power off. To know more about this, I'd like to ask some questions: do you have the battery or wired type of Nest Protect? Is there any light from the actual Nest Protect? Have you tried pressing the button one time of that Nest Protect?
