ALL Nest services for all of our older cameras and doorbells are currently unavailable in Minnesota, USA.
For at least the last half hour (since at least 9:30 am US central time):
Cameras can still be accessed on the "Preview" home.google.com website.
There are no outages listed on the status.nest.com page.

I chatted with Google Nest support - "no outage" and "everything fine on our end!"
Went to the status site - all green.
Called in - issue has been reported and engineering working on it.
With over a decade using their products, moving support from Utah >> [wherever] is a travesty.

This is a clown farm.
The app has been up and down - I was able to see my cameras 10 minutes ago, now - "problem connecting to the Nest service."

Same in New Orleans, Louisiana. Nest Hubs and mini speaker have been acting erratically all weekend. Different assistant voices, tv comes on randomly in middle of night, Philips Hue light programs wrong, keeps saying, “huh something went wrong.” Did Google Nest go berserk, or is my house haunted? It’s weird because I am getting notifications with previews but I cannot tap to see it just gives me the login screen then it says cannot login. This sucks because in New Orleans crime is so bad, we can’t even go outside without checking our security cameras first. I guess I’ll have to grab my Glock.

Migrated accounts cannot access settings or notifications for our older Nest cameras and doorbells (which are the ones without access) from the Google Home app or the home.google.com website.

Hi there,
Yes, this should have been fixed already. Please make sure that your device is restarted, and your app is up-to-date. Please let me know if you are still experiencing this.
Best regards,
Brad

Hey there,
I’m sorry for the confusion here. To isolate the issue with one of your Nest Protects, you can give these steps a try:
Force update:
The LED ring briefly glows green and then turns off when the process is complete.
If the Nest Protect can't establish a connection, it says, "Try again later" and displays a yellow LED light:
Let us know if that helps.
Regards,
JT

I did this: It said 'Checking the network", LED went green and then nothing. All three devices show online in my router. However still 2 of 3 are offline in the app.
