Nest wired indoor camera can’t be reached

I have several Nest Indoor wired cameras. I can view all of them at the same time on my iPhone, but the multiple camera view frequently does not work on my Samsung Tablet. Samsung claims there is a known issue with the Home app on tablets. The tablet software and Home app is up to date on my tablet. Is there a known issue?

Hi,

No, the issue still persists. I have confirmed that I have the most current version of the Home app and my software is updated on my tablets.

I am sorry to hear that you are still having this issue! I am glad to hear that all of your devices are up to date as I know there may be the 2.48 update to the Google Home app that went out yesterday. If you have not yet updated your apps, I would suggest you give it another try. I know that lately, some android and samsung devices struggle a bit with the Google Home app.

The issue still persists even after updating the home app to the recently released version.

Yeah at the moment, Samsung android devices are not working well with the Google Home app. I would suggest using a different device if you can. I am afraid I do not have a solution for you.
