limit access to some nest camera

Is it already possible to limit the access to some cameras for some house members?

No, there is no feature or setting to do that unfortunately. Assuming you sign into the Nest app with a Google account, you manage your home members in the Home app. When someone becomes a member of a home, they have full access and control of devices and services, just the same as you.
