Due to router issues I have had to change my Wi-Fi connection, after spending hours trying to get everything to reconnect to new Wi-Fi, I eventually found out the only way was to factory reset all the cameras. Why do they make this so difficult?? Finally, after getting connected to my new Wi-Fi I have now lost my 1mth old 12mth Nest aware subscription. What is google thinking?? I spent a somewhat extravagant amount of money on this system, expecting it to integrate flawlessly with my google account and associated devices only to be disappointed by how overly complicated and difficult it is make any changes to the system!! How the $*&^% do I get my nest aware subscription transferred to my new Connection???

On this Help page, Google Nest has a "contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" for "24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
Hopefully, they can help you transfer your new subscription.
