I deleted my old credit card and added my new credit card. I want to renew my subscription

This help page says "Subscription renewals are billed to your saved payment method every month or year automatically. Renewal periods are based on the billing cycle you selected when you purchased your Nest Aware subscription." If you go to the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US) and select your subscription, see if it shows a renewal date.
If you still need help, try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
