Where can I find my account info

I just migrated to google and signed up for the new nest aware subscription. I got an email saying the migration was done then another saying my nest aware subscription was cancelled and an amount was being refunded.

How can I access my account to see what is there? I searched through the apple app and end up chasing my tail because the links lead me in a circle going nowhere but back to the beginning of my search.

Why on earth isn't there a simple link to "My Account" on the app and on the web browser page leading to an account page as 99% of other apps have?

I know you have a dead credit card number so I guess I'll have to wait 30 days for you to complain that the card is no good. Then maybe I can solve your problems for you.

If things are working correctly, the link below should show you your Nest Aware subscription. I have no idea what Google Nest did in your case.

That leads you to the page for migrating accounts which starts you running in circles with no access to an account page. Why is google hiding the account info? I’m a basic internet user but I can’t find a link that goes to an account page. Every other device/subscription I have has a clear My Account link on the startup page.

When I go to this subscriptions link (https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US) it displays "Current subscriptions" and lists our Nest Aware subscription with its expiration date. If you get routed to a page for migrating accounts, then maybe your migration from Nest to Google was not successful. Perhaps you should try contacting Google Nest Support via this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

By the way, I agree that the way in which Google Nest handles account information is not very obvious or clear.
