I’m adding a Nest Protect to my existing network of Nest devices and I get an error while adding the new product that the app is having trouble connecting to the assisting Nest Product (a thermostat). The error is P014(0.60) or P013, or P017. (0.65). Wifi is up, the Nest app and thermostat are both connected to the same network, I’ve reset the thermostat and the router, tried to add the new product on two different devices, the nest app is up to date, etc. Reinstall nest app added new “home” and added thermostats there from the scratch - still nothing. So, Nothing I’ve tried has worked. Any advice on next step?
