Nest protect smoke detector are defective

I bought smoke detector 9 months ago and now I'm getting error and orange light telling me they need to be replaced.  I need to replace them.  Please contact me asap for a warranty claim. 

I'm not going to write up an essay about my problems because Google nest is already fully aware of the nest protect issues!  This issue has been reported by many many users already!

They'd be best able to get this straightened out for you.

I was able to connect with nest customer service via Facebook.  Once I connected with customer service my issue was resolved right away. They sent me return authorization and i received my 2 replacement Nest smoke detectors within a week of returning the defective detectors.
