Adding Nest Protect Smoke Detector to Google Home app

July 2023 - I just purchased and installed 2 google nest protect smoke alarms.Can I get a straight answer - can they be seen and controlled in the Google Home app? If not, why not?

Need Replacement Connector for Nest Protect

We recently moved and left the connector behind. I cannot find it commercially and when I contacted support they would not help because its out of warranty even though it is only 2-3 years old. Where can I get a replacement?

I've had Nest protect for a while now, so when the batteries died, I replaced them. I got another warning within the month to replace again. I then saw that they needed the Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries. I bought some and put in the new ones.....
