It's Jan ############ purchased 2 new nest protects as my older ones started to beep thier signal to expire. I can't get on the nest app to add my new ones . Is the app down .

So far, we have not received reports from our team that the Nest app is down. Are you getting a specific message or code when adding these new Nest Protects to your Nest app? If yes, what is it? Also, what is the make and model of your mobile device? It would be great as well if you could provide a summary of the steps that you've already tried so we can pick up from there.
