Unable to reset Nest Project 2

Hi.

I try to do a rest factory.

Issue that I'm facing (battery are new, several test with different brands): 

- bip every minute

- if I hold the button for 10 second > nothing happen til I release. Then 2 long bip and 3 accelerated. Infinite loop.

- If I plug with usb connector, activation with blue ring with "hello"...

- Hold for 10 seconds and reboot (take almost 1 minute) and going back to same point.

Does anyone have any clue?

What batteries are you using? Are you using the required Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA (L91) batteries?
