Can you post a clearer picture of the terminal block and its labels?
I feel comfortable say it is compatible, but a clearer picture would help

See attached hopefully that’s better. There is a jumper on rc/rh, white, green, yellow, orange, and black and are labelled as such.

Hi folks,
I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
@Patrick_Caezza, I appreciate the help!
@Bbova1, thanks for reaching back with a clearer pictures. I can see that it is compatible with Nest Thermostats based on the wire arrangement. Do you mind me asking what type of Nest thermostat do you have?
If you have a Nest Learning Thermostat, use this wiring diagram as your guide.
Also, if you have the newer version of the Nest thermostat, it has 6 terminals. You can follow the same terminals based on the wiring diagram above.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks,
Mark

Hi there,
Thanks for getting back with the type of Nest thermostat you have. It's called the Nest Thermostat 2020.
It's compatible with your existing wiring configurations, and jumper wires are no longer needed for Nest thermostats. Referring to the wiring diagram above, you can also follow the same terminals where you will connect the wires: W (white is for heating), C (black is for 24V common), Y (yellow for cooling), R (red for power), O/B (orange for your heat pump) and G (green is for fan). Here's your guide setting up your device.
Please let me know if that helps, or if you have any other questions or concerns.
Regards,
Mark

I have one more question. The thermostat above is for 1 of 3 zones. This is the basement zone. I have thermostats on 1st and 2nd flr as well. The other two thermostats only have 4-wires. RH-Red wire (with the RH/RC connector), W-White wire, Y-Yellow wire, G-green wire. What would be the proper install for these?

Hello Bbova1,
Thanks for getting back. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.
Nest thermostats don't require jumper wires. If you have 2 power wires connected to Rh and Rc, the Nest thermostat (mirror finished) won't be compatible, but if there was a jumper wire connected from Rh-Rc, you can follow the same wire setup from your other two thermostats with W (white), Y (yellow), G (green) and R (power).
Please note, a Common wire or a Nest Power Connector may require to deliver constant power and stabilizing the flow of current into the thermostats.
Feel free to let us know if you have more questions in mind.
Best regards,
Mark

For the 4-wire I don’t see a black common wire. If none is available would I need to run one? Or can I use one of the other 4 wires

Hi there,
Got it. Technically, you can still use the current wire set up. Installing a C wire or Nest Power Connector would avoid future power issues or power loss to your thermostats. Check out these references for how they work:
Give us a shout if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Mark
