Checking wiring configuration for smart thermostat

This what I think I can see. You have a red wire going to RH with a red jumper wire going to RC. This is the incoming ~24VAC control power.  You have a Green wire going to the G terminal. The other wires are hard to see, you need to move the unconnected wires up and out of the way so we can see where the Yellow wire and the White wire are going.  Typically the yellow wire goes to the Y terminal and calls for cooling when energized by RC.  The White wire normally goes on the W terminal and calls for Heat when energizes by the RH.  It looked like Blue, Gray, Orange, Pink, Brown, and perhaps Black are not connected to a terminal.

Hey folks,

Thanks again for your help here, CoolingWizard.

iangwin, I'm jumping in to ensure you're all good here. Please provide a clearer photo of your thermostat wires showing the terminal labels where the wires are connected to so we could take a closer look at it.

Best,

Melba
