Hi Nest Support,
I’m reaching out for help with my Nest Thermostat (Gen 3). I forgot the PIN, and after reinstalling the app, I lost access to the device. The thermostat came with the house when I purchased it, so I don’t have proof of purchase—just the device itself.
Is there any way to unlock or reset it without the PIN? I’d really appreciate any guidance you can provide.

Since you can't see the thermostat in the Nest app to unlock it or reset it I suggest contacting support directly-
