I want to switch from Honeywell T6861 thermostat to nest thermostat

I want to switch from Honeywell T6861 thermostat to nest thermostat

but I don’t understand the wiring letters and how to covert them to Nest wires letters

Unfortunately, your system is not gonna be compatible with a nest thermostat. Your system control wires operate at 110/220 Volts AC power. Conventional HVAC systems operate only on 24 VAC.

Thanks a lot, I found out that there’s companies here in Dubai install some kind of 24V adapter and some wires to make the 110/220V compatible with Nest , however they are expensive they charge more than the thermostat price itself
