Mark, here is the picture that he sent directly to me.

He has a Heat Pump (O), with 2-stage compressor (Y and Y2) and Auxiliary heat (W).

@Chachel325, It appears that it's compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat. Make sure to follow the wiring diagram so it can be configured properly during the initial setup. You can also check your system’s compatibility before purchasing a Nest thermostat with our online Compatibility Checker.
