Nest Compatibility Thermostat

I am unable to confirm compatibility of my Nest Thermostat as I live in a condo building so I can't confirm the make and model of our heating and cooling unit. If someone would be able to be confirm this through just the photos I have that would be appreciated.

The wire labels on the second photo are the key here and they're illegible.

Your system should be compatible with the 3rd gen Nest Learning Thermostat. Here's the wiring:

• R to Rc
• W/Y to W1
• Y/A to Y1
• Gl to G
• Gm to Y2 (set as 2nd-speed fan relay)
• Gh to * (set as 3rd-speed fan relay)
• C to C

would it also be compatible with the Nest Thermostat without the learning feature?

No, you need the learning thermostat model.
