Nest Learning Thermostat - fan coming on with heat

I just installed a new nest thermostat. The AC and Heat are separate (ac comes through ceiling vents), heat is baseboard.

The AC fan is coming on when I turn the heat on, no idea why. The fan is set to OFF.

How do I fix this?

Did you tell it during setup the heat was radiators or baseboard heat?

You might have to go back to setup in the app and correct the system type you must have told it forced air heating.

I don’t Think it asked me that. I will check settings etc

Read this discussion where Edward T explains how to change the equipment type so it knows not to run the fan when heat is on.
