The thermostat worked for almost a year, then disconnected from wifi. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and nothing works. Many people say once you have this error there is no solution but requesting a new thermostat. Is that the general consensus? If not, are there any solutions not on the standard troubleshooting lists?
