No we didn’t get it figured out. We have more wires than we have on the nest

Hey 1964queenie,
Sorry to hear you are still running into trouble. I am more than happy to help out. Taking a closer look at the picture, I am showing you have a X2 and T wire? Do you happen to know what these wires control on the system? Are you able to review your system’s control board? You can follow the article here, to help identify those wires. If you are unsure on what these wires control, I would recommend having a Nest Pro come out and take a closer look. They would be able to double-check the system, and ensure everything is installed properly. Please let me know if you have any questions from here.
Best regards,
Jake

I haven’t been able to find anyone to come out

Hey there,
Were you able to use the articles to help you identify the wiring issues? I would suggest trying to have a pro come out and help you with this as well.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best regards,
Garrett DS
