Nest thermostat and camera suddenly missing from my home

Suddenly my nest thermostat and nest camera are missing from my home screen. Im 1500 miles from home.

Neighbor entered home for me. Camera sent an alert to my phone so that is working.  Neighbor confirmed thermostat is on and working.  

Called internet provider and had a reboot of modem performed. No results. 

Not sure what to do. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you certain you are logging onto the Google Nest app or Google Home app with the same Google Account and are accessing the same Google Nest "home/structure"?  Logging onto a different account or "home" would be the most likely reason for what you are seeing.

Huge thank you. You were correct. I was logged in under a second google account that's not normally used. When I switched to the other account everything came back! Much appreciated!
