Any labels on the screw terminals I can't see the picture is not clear.

Looks like it is a standard system and should be compatible.

What kind of system is this? Heat and AC or just heat? If the equipment has standard terminal screws labeled like the Nest it will work. This might be a special thermostat you have that can be removed and a Nest used if you can provide the info on the system end Make and Model and pics of where the thermostat wires connect to it.

It is both heating and cooling. It’s a Lennox system meant for Lennox iComfort thermostat. I have someone coming to see if they can still install the nest. This is one of the only systems that’s not compatible with the nest. I spoke to a Google rep.

The Lennox has 2 sets of terminals one is for the iComfort thermostat and next to it is standard screw terminals for a Nest or any thermostat.

So you can just move the wires to R W1 Y1 C G on the furnace and then put the Nest using same wires to same terminals on the Nest
